What happens after I place an order?
Your order goes to our team. We confirm the visit date and availability, then send a payment link to your e-mail. Once payment is complete, your QR tickets arrive at the same address.
How do I use my ticket?
On the day of your visit, show your QR ticket on your phone at the entrance. You don't need internet; a screenshot of the QR code from the e-mail is fine too.
How does “Reserve now, pay later” work?
Your place is held and nothing is charged to your card. You pay up to 48 hours before your visit; unpaid reservations are released automatically.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Most tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit; this is stated on each ticket's page. If a balloon flight is cancelled because of the weather, you get a full refund. Details are on the Cancellations and refunds page.
What do I need for the Turkish citizen price?
Some museums have different prices for Turkish and foreign visitors. The Turkish citizen price is listed separately on the ticket page; mention it as a note in your order and show your ID at the entrance.
What's the difference between a Combo ticket and a pass?
A Combo ticket brings several neighbouring sites together on one QR code and is used on the same day or within a few days. A pass is valid for several days and places; if you're doing a lot of sightseeing, it's better value.
What happens if I don't save with the pass?
At the end of your trip, we add up the gate prices of the tickets you used. If the pass cost you more, we refund the difference.
Do routes cost anything?
No. Routes are free; you only buy tickets for the ticketed sites on the route. A bundle discount applies to two or more tickets.
Are the entrance waiting times real-time?
No; they're averages based on our team's observations. They can change on holidays and busy days. Even with a ticket, there may be a queue for the security check.
Can I call a taxi?
On the site you can see an estimated taxi fare for your destination. Taxi hailing is coming with the AnatoliaPass app. For the airport, you can book a fixed-price transfer.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in euros. At payment, they may be converted into your card's currency at your bank's exchange rate.
