Buyer: The person whose name, e-mail address and telephone number appear on the order form.
2. Subject
This contract sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the ticket, Combo ticket, pass, experience and transfer services that the buyer orders through the website.
3. Main characteristics of the service and price
The name and content of the service, the date for which it is valid, the number of people and the total price including taxes are shown in the order summary and in the confirmation e-mail sent to the buyer. No payment is taken when the order is placed; the price is collected through a secure payment link sent after the order has been confirmed.
4. Performance
Once payment is complete, the QR ticket or service voucher is sent to the buyer's e-mail address. The service is provided on the stated date by the relevant museum, venue or service provider.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for entertainment, leisure and accommodation services or passenger transport services that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Nevertheless, free cancellation is offered within the time limits set out in our cancellation and refund terms.
6. Personal data
The buyer's personal data is processed for the purposes explained in the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) privacy notice.
7. Dispute resolution
In disputes, the consumer arbitration committees at the consumer's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade; where these limits are exceeded, the consumer courts have jurisdiction.
8. Entry into force
Before submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this contract. The contract is formed when the order is submitted.
