Tickets

  • Most tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit date. The cancellation deadline is also stated on each ticket's page.
  • Cancellations made after this deadline and unused tickets are not refunded; the museums' own rules apply.
  • If a museum or venue closes unexpectedly on the day of your visit, you can change the date or receive a full refund.

Balloon flights

  • If a flight is cancelled because of the weather, you get a full refund or the flight is moved to another morning.
  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the flight.

Transfers

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer time.
  • If your flight is cancelled or heavily delayed, the transfer is moved to the new time.

Passes

  • A pass that hasn't been used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
  • The savings guarantee applies to a used pass: if the gate prices of the tickets you used add up to less than the pass price, the difference is refunded.

“Reserve now, pay later”

Unpaid reservations are released automatically 48 hours before the visit; no charge is made.

How do refunds work?

To cancel, write to [email protected] with your order code. The refund goes back to the card you paid with and appears in your account within 3–10 working days, depending on your bank.
