Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), AnatoliaPass, as data controller, processes your personal data as described below.
Data processed
- Identity and contact: full name, e-mail, telephone (order form)
- Transaction information: order contents, visit date, order code
- Community: nickname and the content you share
- Technical data: session cookie, IP address and browser information (records kept for security)
Purposes of processing and legal grounds
- Receiving and confirming your order and sending your tickets: formation and performance of the contract
- Legal obligations (invoicing, record keeping): legal obligation
- Publishing and moderating community content: legitimate interest
- Offer e-mails: only with your explicit consent; you can unsubscribe at any time
Transfers
Your data is shared with the relevant museums, venues and service providers to the extent needed to fulfil your order; with payment institutions for payment; and with the competent authorities where required by law. Website hosting and content delivery providers may have technical access to the data.
Retention period
Order records are kept for the periods required by the relevant legislation; community content is kept until you ask for it to be deleted.
