If you find the same ticket for the same date cheaper on another site, tell us within 24 hours; if the conditions are met, we'll refund the difference.
Conditions
- The claim must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
- The offer you're comparing must be for the same ticket (same place, same type of entry and inclusions, e.g. skip-the-line entry or a guide), the same visit date and the same number of people.
- The price must be the final total payable, including taxes and service fees; it must be publicly available and bookable at that moment.
- Not covered: prices reduced by membership, coupon or promo codes, points or gift cards; single-ticket prices within packages and Combo tickets; official ticket-office prices and local (Turkish citizen) prices; auctions or resales.
- If your claim is approved, the difference is refunded to the payment method you used. One claim is considered per order.
